Summary: | The invention provides a topographic map collecting and drawing method and device without a camera. The method comprises the steps of obtaining point cloud data of a target operation area based on a cross route; generating a point cloud three-dimensional model according to the point cloud intensity of the point cloud data; generating a digital elevation model (DEM) according to the point cloud data; generating a DEM three-dimensional model according to the illumination direction and the illumination angle of the DEM; and drawing a topographic map according to the point cloud data, the point cloud three-dimensional model and the DEM three-dimensional model. The problems that the drawing efficiency is low, and the accuracy and precision of topographic map drawing are affected by the skill level of operators in the prior art are solved.
