Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of organic pollution remediation, and discloses a combination of three filamentous fungi for synergistically degrading pyrene and application of the combination. The multi-strain composition for degrading the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon comprises hylochlamys nivea, mucor circinelloides and aspergillus terreus. According to the multi-strain composition provided by the invention, the chlamydomonas nivalis, the mucor circinelloides and the aspergillus terreus are combined, the degradation rate of the multi-strain composition to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (such as pyrene) and high-concentration (6140 mg/L) polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon within 5 days is 89.7% and is higher than that of a single strain, and the multi-strain composition has the potential of application to remediation of the environment polluted by the high-concentration polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon.
