The crop carbon-based soil regulating agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 76% of crop straws, 20% of a decomposed cake fertilizer, 2% of a growth promoting agent and 1% of a water-retaining agent (PAM) through crushing, heating sterilization, stirring mixing and compression molding to form spherical particles. The rotten cake fertilizer can effectively increase the content of soil organic matters and probiotics, and the growth promoting agent provides quick-acting nutrients for the prerequisite growth of crops while promoting the rapid rooting of crop roots, so that the early growth and rapid germination of the crops are realized.
