The membrane-method carbon capture system comprises a flue gas pipeline, a first pressurizing device, a first capture device and a second capture device, the first pressurizing device comprises a plurality of first compressors which are arranged on the flue gas pipeline in parallel; each of the first trapping device and the second trapping device comprises a plurality of trapping membrane groups, and the plurality of trapping membrane groups in the first trapping device are arranged in series along the airflow direction of trapped gas; the plurality of trapping membrane groups in the second trapping device are arranged in series along the airflow direction of the permeate gas, and the permeate gas pipelines of at least part of the trapping membrane groups in the first trapping device are connected with the gas inlet pipeline of the trapping membrane group at the foremost end in the second tra
