The invention discloses a sealing structure, a main drive and a heading machine. The technical problem that the capacity of grease for resisting external impurities from invading into a sealing cavity cannot be enhanced in the using process by adopting an existing sealing structure is solved. The sealing structure comprises a wear-resisting plate arranged between the stator and the rotor, and the wear-resisting plate is movably arranged on one side of the labyrinth cavity through a driving mechanism; the main drive comprises the sealing structure; the heading machine comprises the main drive. According to the technical scheme, the driving mechanism drives the wear-resisting plate to be slidably arranged in the labyrinth cavity, the problem that oil pressure at an outlet of the labyrinth cavity is difficult to control is solved, the size of the labyrinth cavity is dynamically adjusted through the driving mechanism, grease extrusion pressure of the labyrinth cavity is rapidly controlled, and the pressure of gre
