The damping assembly is used for providing damping force for the rotating piece. The one-way limiting assembly is used for limiting rotation of the rotating piece relative to one swing direction of the shell. The damping assembly can provide damping force for the rotating piece, so that the swing arm can stop at any position within the swing range.
