Summary: | The invention relates to the technical field of passivation solutions, and discloses a chromium-free passivation solution for a zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel plate and a preparation method thereof.The chromium-free passivation solution is prepared from, by mass, 40%-60% of a chromium-free film forming agent, 0.1%-1% of nanoparticles, 0.1%-0.5% of a lubricating agent, 5%-15% of a chelating agent, 0.1%-1% of a corrosion inhibitor and the balance water. The pH regulator is selected from an alkaline or acidic solution, the pH value of the chromium-free passivation solution is regulated in an acidic range or an alkaline range, the acidic range is pH 3-6, and the alkaline range is pH 8-11. The chromium-free passivation solution can improve the corrosion resistance, the wear resistance and the lubricity of the zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel plate, prolong the service life of the zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel plate and reduce the maintenance cost and the environmental influence.
