Summary: | The invention provides Nb, V and Ti alloyed light wear-resistant steel as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of light wear-resistant steel. The light wear-resistant steel is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 23.0 to 26.0 percent of Mn, 7.5 to 8.3 percent of Al, 1.12 to 1.25 percent of C, 0.20 to 0.25 percent of Si, 0.05 to 0.20 percent of Nb, 0.05 to 0.15 percent of Ti, 0.05 to 0.10 percent of V, less than or equal to 0.03 percent of P, less than or equal to 0.01 percent of S and the balance of Fe. Experimental results show that the density of the light wear-resistant steel is smaller than or equal to 7.01 g/cm < 3 >, the yield strength ranges from 565 MPa to 654 MPa, the tensile strength ranges from 901 MPa to 985 MPa, the ductility ranges from 50.3% to 58.7%, the KV2 impact energy at the temperature of-40 DEG C ranges from 97 J to 134J, and the high impact energy wear resistance is improved by 30% or above.
