The kit comprises a dry type reagent card, wherein the dry type reagent card is prepared by adsorbing a thrombin reagent and drying the thrombin reagent; the thrombin reagent comprises a thrombin buffer solution and 50-1000 IU/mL of thrombin; the thrombin buffer solution comprises 0.1-10 w/v% of a buffer salt solution, 1-10 w/v% of valine, 0.5-2 w/v% of sodium chloride and 0.6-6 w/v% of serum albumin.
