Summary: | The invention provides a tissue culture method of ornamental aquatic plant Danish red rose. The tissue culture method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing an explant; sterile cups for production are selected, seedlings grow robustly and are sterile, and the plant height is 1/2-2/3 of the cup height; and 2, differentiation. After the culture medium, roots and miscellaneous leaves are removed, stems containing 1-2 leaf buds are cut and transferred to a differential culture medium, and differentiated seedlings are obtained; and step 3, proliferation. Transferring the differentiated seedlings to a proliferation culture medium to obtain proliferation seedlings; 4, rooting.
