Summary: | The invention discloses a satellite-borne GNSS-R soil humidity downscaling inversion method, and belongs to the technical field of microwave remote sensing. According to the method, quality control is carried out on satellite-borne GNSS-R observation data, feature parameters are extracted, space-time matching is carried out on the feature parameters and related auxiliary elements by adopting an averaging method, and a training sample set corresponding to an SMAP 36km grid is obtained; meanwhile, the feature parameters and the auxiliary elements are resampled to the 3km spatial resolution, and a test sample set is obtained; a downscaling relation model between satellite-borne GNSS-R and SMAP soil humidity is established through a limit gradient enhancement algorithm, and the precision of modeling training is verified through ten times of cross validation; and finally inputting a test sample set to realize soil humidity high-precision inversion with the resolution of 1Day/3km.
