Summary: | The invention discloses a UV-LED cured black ink-jet material and a preparation method and application thereof. The ink jet material comprises the following raw materials: a photoinitiator; a UV monomer; an oligomer; an auxiliary agent; nano black paste; wherein the oligomer comprises at least one of light-cured resin, heat-cured resin and photo-thermal dual-cured resin; wherein the photo-thermal dual-curing resin comprises polyurethane acrylic resin with an isocyanate group. The ink-jet material disclosed by the invention is a UV-LED cured black ink-jet material capable of directly spraying codes on a character white oil block, and the ink-jet material disclosed by the invention is excellent in flexibility and adhesive force.
