The invention provides a multi-module parallel current-sharing high-power radar power supply system which comprises an EMI filter circuit, a first parallel current-sharing circuit module, a second parallel current-sharing circuit module and a current sampling module. The EMI filter circuit is connected with a first DC/DC converter, a second DC/DC converter, a third DC/DC converter, a fourth DC/DC converter, a fifth DC/DC converter, a sixth DC/DC converter and a signal conditioning circuit, and the signal conditioning circuit is sequentially connected with a DSP controller and a driving circuit. A passive filtering module is connected behind the first DC/DC converter, the second DC/DC converter, the third DC/DC converter, the fourth DC/DC converter and the fifth DC/DC converter.
