Summary:本发明涉及尤其用于获取腈的烯属不饱和有机化合物的氢氰化方法,更具体地,涉及用于生产二腈的二烯烃或取代烯烃的氢氰化方法,和/或通过氢氰化过程获得的腈的异构化方法。更具体地,本发明涉及一种通过基于镍的化合物催化的氢氰化反应过程。因此,用于此生产方法中的催化剂在反应结束时用氰化氢进行处理以回收并再溶解呈氢氧化镍形式沉淀的镍。该方法使得可再生催化剂并增加催化剂的寿命。此外,还使得能够减少工艺设备的污染程度。 Ethylenically unsaturated organic compounds, for example diolefins, olefinic nitriles and monoolefins, are noncontaminatingly hydrocyanated into corresponding nitriles by (a) reacting such ethylenically unsaturated organic compounds with hydrogen cyanide in the presence of an aqueous solution containing a catalytically effective amount of a catalyst which comprises at least one nickel compound and at least one water-soluble phosphine, (b) thereafter separating the organic phase from the aqueous phase which result, the separated aqueous phase comprising a solid phase formed during hydrocyanation, and (c) thence treating the separated aqueous phase, or a solid phase removed therefrom, with hydrogen cyanide to thus at least partially dissolve said solid phase contained therein or removed therefrom.
