Summary: | The invention relates to the technical field of molecular markers, in particular to an SNP marker combination related to the glucose content of sweet corn kernels and application of the SNP marker combination. Sweet corn selfing lines SHL01 and SHL03 are used as parents to construct an RIL population (permanent population), ion chromatography is used for collecting related trait data of the glucose content of the sweet corn kernels, QTL positioning is carried out through the trait of the glucose content of the kernels, it is found that a major QTL related to the glucose content of the sweet corn kernels exists on a second chromosome of corn, and the major QTL is used for identifying the glucose content of the sweet corn kernels. The major QTL is located between the SNP sites SChr2: 20056161 and SChr2: 21034099, the phenotype contribution rate to the grain glucose content is 23.51%, and the obtained major QTL-linked SNP marker (namely an SNP marker combination) lays a foundation for molecular marker-assisted b |
