The organic light-emitting device comprises an anode, a cathode and an organic layer arranged between the anode and the cathode, the organic layer at least comprises an organic light-emitting layer, and the organic light-emitting layer comprises a first host material with a structure of a formula 1 and a first compound with a structure of a formula 3. The electroluminescent device provided by the invention shows excellent comprehensive device performance, such as lower voltage, higher efficiency and longer service life.
