The output end of the circulating pump module is connected with a hot water inlet of the cooling module. When the emergency refrigeration system loses power, the emergency refrigeration system enters a cold release mode, cooling water in the emergency module enters the air conditioner module, the air conditioner module generates cold air through the cooling water so as to cool equipment in the data center machine room, and generated hot water is conveyed to the circulating pump module through the hot water outlet and then conveyed to the cooling module.
