According to the invention, the abnormal factor of each to-be-tested battery cell can be determined according to an independently researched and developed algorithm, then fault early warning is carried out on the battery cell corresponding to the abnormal factor above the fault early warning threshold, the fault early warning logic is matched with the condition when the battery has a fault,
