The invention provides an anti-loose early warning gasket which comprises a gasket body and a force sensitive early warning assembly arranged on the main friction force end face of the gasket body, a mounting groove is formed in the main friction force end face of the gasket body, and the force sensitive early warning assembly is arranged in the mounting groove. The force-sensitive early warning assembly comprises a force-sensitive unit with the end face parallel to the main friction force end face, and the electrode position of the force-sensitive unit is used for being externally connected with a frequency measuring device and used for judging the stress condition change of the main friction face of the gasket body by measuring the frequency change of the force-sensitive unit so as to judge whether a fastener matched with the gasket body is loosened or not.
