The antistatic agent is a composite emulsion comprising a core-layer emulsion and a shell-layer emulsion, wherein the core-layer emulsion comprises lauryl acrylate, acrylonitrile, pentaerythritol phosphate, zinc oxide and the like; the shell emulsion comprises 10-15 parts of aniline, sodium methyl stearoyl taurate, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, sodium pyrophosphate and the like; the preparation method of the antistatic agent comprises the step of mixing the components to obtain the antistatic agent. The antistatic knitted fabric treatment process is characterized in that an antistatic agent is coated on a knitted fabric to be cured into a film, and the antistatic knitted fabric is obtained. The knitted fabric processed by adopting the antistatic agent disclosed by the invention has good washing fastness and water
