Summary: | The invention provides a halogen-free flame-retardant polyamide composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The halogen-free flame-retardant polyamide composite material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 25 to 60 parts of polyamide resin, 15 to 40 parts of DOPO (9, 10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide) compound coated glass fiber, 12 to 30 parts of organic phosphinate flame retardant, 3 to 10 parts of synergistic flame retardant and 1 to 3 parts of free radical scavenger. According to the halogen-free flame-retardant polyamide composite material, through the design and synergistic effect of the DOPO compound coated glass fiber and the free radical capturing agent, and the DOPO compound coated glass fiber and the free radical capturing agent are compounded with the organic phosphinate flame retardant and the synergistic flame retardant, the halogen-free flame-retardant polyamide composite material has high GWIT and excellent flame retardance |
