The invention relates to the technical field of petrochemical engineering and environmental protection, in particular to a method for treating sludge in an oil refining sewage plant. The treatment method of the sludge in the oil refining sewage field comprises the links of pretreatment, biochemical treatment and dehydration treatment. The pretreatment comprises the following steps: settling raw sewage for a period of time, collecting scum and oil sludge generated after air flotation of the sewage by adopting a standing method and an air flotation method, then adsorbing the sewage by utilizing activated sludge, and regularly discharging the oil-containing activated sludge; the biochemical treatment comprises the following steps: carrying out microbial strain culture in the pretreated sewage, decomposing pollutants in the sewage after microbial culture is mature, generating activated sludge, and transferring redundant activated sludge; the dehydration treatment comprises the following steps: carrying out gravit
