The invention discloses antifungal hydrogel loaded with plant essential oil. The antifungal hydrogel is prepared from the following materials in parts by mass: 4-8 parts of water-soluble polysaccharide, 2-6 parts of borax, 1-3 parts of natural rubber, 60-100 parts of deionized water and 1 part of plant essential oil. The plant essential oil is loaded on a hydrogel matrix prepared from the water-soluble polysaccharide and the borax, the hydrophilic natural rubber is added into the hydrogel, and the primary hydroxyl group and the secondary hydroxyl group of the natural rubber are further crosslinked with the borax, so that the obtained composite hydrogel is better in mechanical property and better in slow release effect. 本发明公开了一种负载植物精油的抗真菌水凝胶，物料的质量比为：水溶性多糖4～8份，硼砂2～6份，天然胶1～3份，去离子水60～100份，植物精油1份。本发明以水溶性多糖和硼砂制备的水凝胶基质负载植物精油，向该凝胶中加入亲水性天然胶，通过天然胶的伯羟基和仲羟基与硼砂进一步交联，得到的复合水凝胶的力学性能更优，且缓释效果更好。
