The present invention relates to an immunogenic composition for inducing an immune response in a subject to treat and/or prevent Staphylococcus aureus infection. Immunogenic compositions disclosed herein comprise a Staphylococcus aureus protein A (SpA) polypeptide and a Staphylococcus aureus leukocidin A (LukA) and/or leukocidin B (LukB) variant polypeptide.
