The invention discloses a random access memory. The random access memory comprises a first communication interface; the decoding control circuit is coupled with the first communication interface and is configured to receive the instruction transmitted through the first communication interface and decode the instruction; the instruction processing circuit is coupled with the decoding control circuit and is configured to capture the decoded instruction; wherein when the random access memory is coupled with the protocol analyzer, the random access memory sends the captured instruction to the protocol analyzer for protocol analysis.
