The invention relates to the technical field of electric power measurement, and provides a current standard source device based on double-loop feedback and a control method thereof. The device comprises a digital signal processor module, a digital/analog conversion module, an analog/digital conversion module and a current power amplifier module, the current standard source device further comprises a current output line and a load feedback line which are connected with a load. The current output line is provided with a first current sensor, the load feedback line is provided with a second current sensor, and the first current sensor is used for collecting the first current signal; the second current sensor is used for collecting a second current signal on the load feedback line. A current inner ring and a phase outer ring are constructed, and self-adaptive correction is carried out through the phase difference among the digital signal, the first current signal and the second current signal, so that the phase p
