The invention discloses a masonry construction process for an autoclaved aerated block arc-shaped wall. Comprising the following steps that S1, the arc radius and the arc side length of an arc wall and the size of an autoclaved aerated block are determined according to a drawing; s2, the outer arc length, the inner arc length, the outer circle radius and the inner circle radius of the arc-shaped wall are calculated according to a drawing; s3, calculating the number of autoclaved aerated blocks; s4, each autoclaved aerated block is tangent to the arc point of the outer arc length, and the outer arc length is cut into a polygon infinitely similar to a circle; s5, determining angles of two sides of the polygon, namely the angle between two adjacent autoclaved aerated blocks; s6, typesetting is conducted according to the angle between the two autoclaved aerated blocks; and S7, the arc-shaped wall is built on the construction site according to the layout map and the angle between the two autoclaved aerated blocks.
