The welding method comprises the steps that a groove is machined; performing pretreatment; welding is conducted, single-power double-filament submerged arc welding is adopted, the welding current is 330-580 A, the arc voltage is 28-32 V, the welding speed is 360-500 mm/min, the welding heat input quantity is 15.4-29.9 kJ/cm, and a welding wire comprises 0.04%-0.09% of C, 1.4%-1.7% of Mn, 0.15%-0.28% of Si, 0.2%-0.4% of Mo, 2.2%-2.9% of Ni, 0.05%-0.15% of Ti, 0.002%-0.005% of B, smaller than or equal to 0.35% of Cu, smaller than or equal to 0.005% of S, smaller than or equal to 0.012% of P and the balance Fe and impurities. And the CTOD value of weld metal and a coarse grain zone of a welding heat affected zone at-20 DEG C is greater than or equal to 0.28 mm.
