Summary: | The invention relates to a DTC bias scheme for temperature compensation. A digital-to-time converter (DTC) is disclosed. In some embodiments, the DTC includes a bias circuit, a delay circuit, and a replica circuit. The delay circuit is operably connected to the bias circuit. Further, a replica circuit is operably connected to the bias circuit, where the bias circuit is operable to output a power supply signal for the delay circuit and the replica circuit, the power supply signal having a negative slope with respect to a signal level and temperature of the power supply signal.
