Summary:The invention provides an active power distribution network short-circuit fault detection method and system based on an energy average value. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring current and voltage signals measured at a feeder head of a power distribution network; processing the acquired data, namely filtering the acquired data by using an anti-aliasing filter, and then decomposing the data by using Stokes Ville transform to obtain an energy variable so as to obtain an energy average value; and comparing the obtained energy average value with a threshold value, detecting whether a short-circuit fault exists, and if the short-circuit fault exists, operating a fault classifier to determine the type of the short-circuit fault. 本发明提出了基于能量平均值的有源配电网短路故障检测方法及系统,包括:获取配电网馈线头处测量的电流和电压信号;对获取的数据进行处理,包括:对获取的数据使用抗混叠滤波器进行滤波,然后利用斯托克威尔变换将数据进行分解得到能量变量,进而得到能量平均值;将得到的能量平均值与阈值进行比较,检测是否存在短路故障,若存在短路故障,运行故障分类器确定短路故障类型。
