The invention discloses a spraying device for thin-spraying sealing materials of an anchor-shotcrete support and a using method, and the spraying device comprises a Venturi gas-material mixing pipe (92) which acts on the thin-spraying sealing materials, a spraying head (93) which is arranged on the Venturi gas-material mixing pipe (92) and a spraying power nozzle (94) which is arranged on the spraying head (93), and the spraying power nozzle (94) is used for spraying the thin-spraying sealing materials through the Venturi gas-material mixing pipe (92). According to the invention, a thin-spraying sealing material is mixed, pumped and conveyed into the spraying head (93), high-pressure gas and water flow is released into the spraying head (93) through the spraying power nozzle (94), and slurry of the thin-spraying sealing material is prepared in a correlation interval through the spraying head (93); according to the thin-spraying sealing material spraying device, the thin-spraying sealing material is wetted in
