Summary: | According to the water-resistant white latex provided by the invention, a certain amount of vinyl acetate, polyvinyl alcohol, acrylic acid, butyl acrylate and polyethylene oxide are used as raw materials and cooperate with the emulsifier and the initiator, and all the components react to form the environment-friendly white latex with excellent water resistance and strong binding power. The result of the embodiment shows that the viscosity of the water-resistant white latex prepared in the embodiments 1-3 can reach 32.4 Pa.s, the bonding strength can reach 16.7 MPa, the curing time is 325 s, and the water resistance test can reach 112 days.
本发明提供了一种耐水白乳胶,以一定量的醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯和聚环氧乙烷为原料、协同乳化剂和引发剂,各组分之间反应,形成了环保、耐水性优异、粘结力强的白乳胶。实施例的结果显示,本发明实施例1~3制备的耐水白乳胶的粘度可达32.4Pa·s,粘结强度可达16.7MPa,固化时间为325s,耐水性能测试长达112天。 |
