O-alkenyl benzamide and sulfoxide ylide are used as raw materials, dichloro (pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) iridium (III) dimer or dichloro (pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) rhodium (III) dimer is used as a catalyst, organic acid is used as an additive, dichloromethane, 1, 2-dichloroethane or hexafluoroisopropanol and the like are used as a solvent, a reaction is carried out for 12 hours at the temperature of 50-100 DEG C, and the product is obtained. And a series of functionalized isoindoline-1-ketone compounds can be obtained at a relatively high yield through simple post-treatment.
