Summary: | The invention relates to the field of application of basic medical research, in particular to a method for inducing a zebra fish model with neural tube deformity through all-transretinoic acid (ATRA). According to the invention, the method for inducing the zebra fish model with the neural tube deformity through the all-transretinoic acid (ATRA) is established for the first time, and a new zebra fish model is provided for researching the mechanism and treatment of the neural tube deformity caused by the all-transretinoic acid (ATRA) at the early pregnancy stage. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to establish a method which is convenient to operate, saves time and can be used for directly observing the development process of the embryonic neural tube in vitro. The method is a novel method for inducing the zebrafish model with the neural tube deformity, and the embryos induced by the method are high in deformity rate and low in fatality rate.
