The invention relates to the technical field of antennas, and particularly discloses a liquid crystal-based millimeter wave band reconfigurable leaky-wave antenna, which comprises an antenna unit, the antenna unit comprises a grounding plate, a dielectric substrate is arranged above the grounding plate, a microstrip line is arranged above the dielectric substrate, a liquid crystal layer is arranged above the microstrip line, and two sides of the antenna unit are respectively provided with a wave port; the microstrip line is a transmission line with an etched split-ring resonator structure, and the split-ring resonator structure is composed of two metal rings with the same circle center and opposite openings. And the liquid crystal layer adopts nematic liquid crystal and completely covers the split resonant ring structure of the microstrip line. The millimeter wave band reconfigurable leaky-wave antenna based on the liquid crystal has the advantages of being low in profile, small in size, good in impedance mat
