The invention discloses a method for diagnosing low-yield and low-efficiency reasons of a coal-bed gas well. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a relation chart of stable gas yield of the coal-bed gas well under different key parameters; establishing a typical parameter of the target block and a typical gas production rate corresponding to the typical parameter, and selecting a relation chart based on the typical parameter; the influence of different key parameters of the low-yield and low-efficiency well on the gas production rate is quantitatively calculated, and influence factors of the key parameters on the gas production rate are formed; and performing low-yield well reason fine diagnosis by using the obtained influence factors.
