Summary: | According to one aspect, a computer-implemented method of determining a blood pressure of a subject is provided. The method comprises receiving (101) an envelope data set for the object. The envelope data set includes measurements of blood flow in a body part of the subject for respective different degrees of limitations applied to the body part. Next, the method comprises using (103) a set of probability density functions, PDFs, to determine respective likelihoods for obtaining measurements in the envelope data set for different pairs of values of systolic and diastolic pressures. Finally, the method comprises determining (105) the systolic pressure and the diastolic pressure for the subject to the value pair of the systolic pressure and the diastolic pressure for providing the highest likelihood for the envelope data set.
