The invention provides application of a peripheral blood RNA combined marker in preparation of pancreatic cancer, bile duct cancer and gallbladder cancer detection products. The peripheral blood RNA combined markers are PROK2, ABCA1, RSAD2 and CASP5 which are derived from peripheral blood immune cells. The kit can be used for early screening of three solid tumors including primary pancreatic cancer, bile duct cancer and gallbladder cancer, compared with other existing early screening methods, the kit is more sensitive, more stable and higher in cost performance, the needed sample size is small, and the kit is very excellent in the aspect of distinguishing tumor patients from non-patients, has very high accuracy and credibility, and can be applied to early screening of three solid tumors including primary pancreatic cancer, bile duct cancer and gallbladder cancer.
