Summary:The invention discloses a PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) composite material and a preparation method thereof. The PPS composite material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 100 parts of PPS, 10 to 16 parts of dielectric filler, 8 to 12 parts of basalt fiber, 0.2 to 0.4 part of SEBS-g-MAH (styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene-graft-maleic anhydride) and 0.1 to 0.5 part of antioxidant. Wherein the dielectric filler is composed of Mg (at) ZrO2 (at) PDA nano-particles, and the surface of nano-particles ZrO2 is sequentially coated with PDA and Mg nano-particles, so that the dielectric filler is formed.
