The invention relates to a PVC high-temperature-resistant vehicle cable material which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of PVC, 40-60 parts of a plasticizer, 12-25 parts of fluorinated silicone rubber, 10-15 parts of thermoplastic acrylic resin, 20-30 parts of a composite flame retardant, 8-12 parts of a compatilizer, 0.3-1 part of a lubricant, 3-5 parts of an antioxidant, 5-8 parts of a cross-linking agent, 8-10 parts of a reinforcing agent and 6-10 parts of a stabilizer. Compared with the prior art, the cable material disclosed by the invention is green and environment-friendly, has excellent high-temperature-resistant stability, excellent medium resistance, good insulating, flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing effects and good mechanical strength and toughness, ensures the working performance and the service life of a cable, greatly improves the safety and reliability of the cable during use, and is suitable for popularization and application.
