Summary: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a lead halide semiconductor film from waste lead paste. The method comprises the following steps: A, thoroughly cleaning a substrate, and then drying the substrate; b, collecting part of lead plaster from the waste lead-acid battery, firstly, carrying out lead sulfate desulfurization reaction on the lead plaster by using a desulfurizing agent, then, adding a reducing agent to convert lead dioxide into lead oxide, and then, obtaining an acid solution containing divalent lead ions by adopting an organic acid leaching agent; and C, an acid solution containing divalent lead ions and a certain amount of halogen-containing acid or halogen-containing salt are deposited on the treated substrate together, then the substrate is placed on a heating stage for high-temperature annealing, a lead halide semiconductor film is obtained after annealing, and the lead halide semiconductor film is placed in a drying box to be dried.
