The invention provides a multi-beam millimeter wave phased-array antenna with flexible and variable beam number, which belongs to the technical field of millimeter wave phased-array antennas and comprises a millimeter wave phased-array antenna array, a switch network, a multi-channel frequency conversion module, a high-speed acquisition module, a power supply module and a heat dissipation support structure. The antenna array is divided into a plurality of sub-arrays, and different sub-arrays can be communicated with different channels of the rear-end multi-channel frequency conversion module and the high-speed acquisition module through switching of the switching network; the heat dissipation supporting structure is made of a phase-change uniform-temperature material, so that a good heat conduction effect can be achieved, and meanwhile, a supporting effect can also be achieved; and radio frequency signals among the modules are vertically interconnected in an SMP blind insertion mode, so that the signal connec
