The adjusting circuit is used for realizing input control of the first step-down circuit and the second step-down circuit, the power output end of the adjusting circuit is in signal connection with the first step-down circuit and the second step-down circuit, the signal output end of the adjusting circuit is in signal connection with the control circuit, the output end of the first step-down circuit is electrically connected with the Type-C port, and the output end of the second st
