The invention discloses a power supply circuit suitable for micro energy collection and a micro working device, and belongs to the technical field of micro device power supply circuit design, the power supply circuit comprises an energy storage module, a boost module, a self-starting module, a nonlinear feedback module and a driving module, when energy of the energy storage module is accumulated to a threshold sufficient to trigger the self-starting module, the self-starting module activates the boost module to output voltage for power supply, and meanwhile closed-loop feedback control of the output voltage of the boost module is achieved through the nonlinear feedback module so that the output voltage can be kept stable. When the energy of the energy storage module is used up, the power supply loop is directly cut off, so that energy consumption of the microcontroller in a standby state is avoided, a key effect is played on smooth energy accumulation of the energy storage capacitor in a weak energy collectio
