The method comprises the following steps: (1) arranging an electrolytic bath which is divided into a cathode region and an anode region by a cation exchange membrane, arranging an inert cathode in the cathode region, and arranging an alkaline alkali metal compound aqueous solution and a copper electrode in the anode region; (2) taking the ammonium fluoride crude product liquid as a cathode region electrolyte, and electrifying for electrolytic treatment; (3) carrying out electrolytic treatment until the potential rises to a threshold value, and recycling electrolyte in a cathode region; and (4) mixing the recycled cathode region electrolyte with excessive absolute ethyl alcohol, adding calcium oxide to remove water and dry, filtering to remove precipitate, and crystallizing under a low-temperature condition to obtain an ammonium fluoride purified product.
