Abstract The invention relates to a method for producing a binder composition without using a compound selected from the group of phenols. The process comprises: (i) heating an aqueous composition comprising lignin in the presence of a catalyst; (ii) mixing a cross-linking agent with the aqueous composition from (i) and heating it at a temperature of 60-95 DEG C to prepolymerize the lignin and the cross-linking agent; (iii) mixing a tannin with the aqueous composition from (ii) to polymerize the tannin with the prepolymerized lignin and the crosslinker until a binder composition having a predetermined viscosity value is formed; wherein the molar ratio of the cross-linking agent to the lignin to the tannin is 0.5-1.7. 本发明涉及一种在不使用选自酚类的化合物的情况下生产粘结剂组合物的方法。所述方法包括:(i)在催化剂存在下加热包含木质素的水性组合物;(ii)将交联剂与来自(i)的水性组合物混合,并将其在60-95℃的温度下加热,以使木质素和交联剂预聚合;(iii)将单宁与来自(ii)的水性组合物混合,以使单宁与预聚合的木质素和交联剂聚合,直到形成具有预定粘度值的粘结剂组合物;其中,交联剂与木质素和单宁的摩尔比为0.5-1.7。
