According to the pharmaceutical composition and the application thereof, the pharmaceutical effect of ADC can be remarkably improved by using an effective amount of methyl-beta-cyclodextrin as a preparation component or combining the methyl-beta-cyclodextrin with an auxiliary drug, so that part of ADC drugs which have safety problems due to too high dosage are developed, and due to the fact that the dosage of the ADC drugs is reduced, the safety of the ADC drugs is improved. And the production cost and the treatment cost of a patient are greatly reduced, so that benefits are obtained. 本发明提供了一种药物组合及其用途，通过使用有效量的甲基-β-环糊精作为制剂成分或联合辅助用药能够显著提升ADC药效上的效果，使得部分因用量过高而产生安全性问题的ADC药物得以开发，并且由于ADC药物剂量的降低，也使得生产成本及患者的治疗成本大幅降低，从而获益。
