The invention relates to an inventory management system of an intelligent goods shelf. The system comprises a controller, an operation screen, a weighing metering sensor, a display device and an indicating lamp. The operation screen is used for displaying a cargo inventory list; the weighing metering sensor is used for collecting weight information of the goods shelf position; the display device is used for displaying the cargo information and the weight information; the indicator lights indicate cargo positions; the controller is used for controlling the weighing metering sensor to collect weight information; indicating lamps are controlled to flicker; and controlling a weighing metering sensor to collect weight information of the goods shelf positions, and updating the goods inventory list. The number of the goods is calculated through the weight of the goods, managers can be helped to complete management work such as goods loading and unloading, checking, goods sorting and goods homing, checking is accurat
