Summary: | The invention discloses preparation and application of a high-stability fluorescent sensing material. A nail complex is designed and synthesized, so that the number of polymerizable functional groups in the composite xerogel is reduced, the rigidity and polarity of a matrix are reduced, and the optical sensing performance of the material is improved to a certain extent; (2) mesoporous silica with a core-shell structure is designed and synthesized, and then a fluorescent indicator derivative is covalently grafted into mesopores in the surface of SiO2 (at) mSiO2, so that the material has extremely high stability; (3) the fluorescent sensing material designed by the invention is good in compatibility, and can be applied to various detections such as pH detection, oxygen content detection, nitrogen-containing compound detection, heavy metal ion detection, organic pollutant detection and the like.
