Summary: | The invention provides an AgSbSSe thin film and a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of thin film solar cells, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing an antimony potassium tartrate solution, EDTA-2Na, silver nitrate, sodium thiosulfate and a sodium selenosulfate solution, carrying out a hydrothermal reaction, and annealing to obtain the AgSbSSe thin film. The AgSbSSe film is synthesized through a one-step hydrothermal method, the steps are simple, the condition gradient is controllable, a pure-phase sample can be obtained through annealing after the reaction is finished, and further operation is not needed; the prepared sample film is compact in morphology, free of holes and good in crystallinity. When the material is assembled into a solar cell device, the highest photoelectric conversion efficiency can reach 2.36%, the short-circuit current density (JSC) can reach 0.459 V, the short-circuit current density (FF) can reach 10.996 mA.cm <-2 |
